1. Membership & Usage

• Memberships are non-transferable and intended for the registered individual or organization only.
• Members and guests must comply with Horizon Cowork policies, including safety and conduct guidelines.
• Hot seats, dedicated seats, and office spaces are to be used only during the agreed-upon hours.

2. Payments & Fees

• All fees must be paid in advance according to the selected membership or service plan.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

3. Use of Facilities

• Members are expected to use coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and amenities responsibly.
• Damages to property or equipment will be charged to the responsible member.
• Internet access is provided for lawful purposes only. Illegal online activity is strictly prohibited.

4. Conduct & Behavior

• Respectful behavior toward other members, guests, and staff is mandatory.
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of community rules may result in termination of membership.
• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to maintain a professional environment.

5. Security & Privacy

• Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Horizon Cowork is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Lockers may be rented for safe storage of items.
• We respect your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination of Services

Horizon Cowork reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if a member violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in unlawful activity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
